Acceptable Forms Of Payment Include Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Wire Transfer Or Company Check With A Bank Letter Of Guarantee. No Personal Checks.
Bidder Understands That There Is A 14% Buyer’s Premium Applied To All Auction Lots Unless Clearly Marked Otherwise. There Is A 3% Cash Discount Available To On-Site Buyers Only. Card payments are capped at $5,000.00.
There Is A $25.00 Administrative Fee On The Purchase Of Each Titled Unit.
All Lots Are Sold As-Is, Where Is With No Guarantees Expressed Or Implied Whatsoever.

Preview Dates And Times:
On-Site Preview Is Held At Least One Day Prior To The Actual Auction Date. It Is The Bidders Responsibility To Take Advantage Of The On-Site Auction Preview To Personally Review And Inspect All Items To Be Auctioned. All Items Are Sold ‘As-Is, Where Is’ With No Guarantee Expressed Or Implied Whatsoever.

Bidder Understands That When They Purchase A Lot, They Purchase The Entire Contents Of That Lot.
You Must Remove All Items In Your Lot Regardless Of Whether Or Not You Want Them. You Bid It, You Buy It. If A Bidder Should Leave Part Of Their Lot Behind, They Will Be Responsible For Any And All Labor Costs And/Or Disposal Fees Incurred In Disposing Of The Leftover Items. It Is Further Understood That The Auction Company Is Under No Obligation To Contact The Bidder First, Once The Final Removal Date For An Auction Has Passed.

Check Out Dates And Times:
After You Have Paid Your Invoice In Full And It Is Safe To Do So, You May Begin To Remove Your Purchased Items during designated load out times. Each Individual Auction Will Have Specific Times Depending On Location And if special arrangements are needed they are to be scheduled prior to bidding and winning an item.
All Items Remaining At An Auction Site After The Last Scheduled Check Out Time Are Subject To A $15.00 Dollar A Day Storage Fee. If An Item Must Be Removed By 907 Auctions LLC From An Offsite Auction Location The Buyer Will Be Charged For All Costs Associated With The Removal Of That Item.
The Auctioneer Reserves The Right To Reject The Bidding Of Any Person Whose Conduct, Actions Or Adverse Comments He Feels Are Not In The Best Interest Of The Seller.

Despite Our Efforts To Avoid Withdrawal Of Items From The Auction After They Have Been Advertised, It May Become Necessary To Do So; Therefore, The Owner And/Or Auctioneer Reserves The Right To Withdraw Units At Any Time.
